Season 3, Episode 2 of The Locker Room Podcast features Coach Reggie Barlow, an NFL alum and current head coach and general manager of the XFL's D.C. Defenders. Coach Barlow played in the league from 1996-2003 with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Oakland Raiders, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was a part of the Super Bowl XXXVII championship team in Tampa. Following his time playing, Barlow jumped into coaching. He coached Alabama State, his alma mater, from 2005-2014, and coached Virginia State from 2016-2021 before taking the Defenders' head coaching job in preparation of the return of the XFL. Coach Barlow walked us through his playing and coaching career and provided us with a preview of the Defenders' preparation for the season and the XFL's return from COVID. Thanks for tuning in!
