Our guest this week is former London Welsh Board Director and Youth Chairman, Paul Browne.  Paul is one of our fantastic volunteers at the club who brought all his four children to our Minis and soon got involved in Coaching and inspiring children to play our wonderful game.  He tells us of the odd games he played for the Occies in the back row and how he enjoyed rugby both at Brighton College and Oxford University.  Paul deepened his connection with the club when he became Youth Chairman and made some lifelong friends whilst helping see everyone prosper within those age groups.  He was also involved in assisting Danny Griffiths and Ian Horgan in ensuring that the pro entity was kept separate from the Amateur post the Hollingshead era; which then led to Paul being asked on the main board of Directors as we enjoyed our journey to the Premiership twice.  We hear how proud he is of all his children's sporting prowess and loving seeing Morgan coaching our Youth.
