This weeks’ episode we chat to Former London Welsh Head coach Justin Burnell about his playing career as a back row, for Pontypridd, Neath and Cardiff RFC. He also gained Wales A Honours. Burnell was Academy Director at Welsh regional side Cardiff Blues and then became head coach when Dai Young left. He is currently Head Coach of Pontypridd RFC.
