BIO: A native of Uruguay, Dayana’s background includes meditation, martial arts, anthropology, and music. Passionate about the Feldenkrais Method® since 1995, she has graduated from David Zemach-Bersin’s 800-hour professional Feldenkrais training program; Jeff Haller’s 18-month post-graduate training, as well as learning directly from many of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais original students. She has studied directly with Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece, founders of XPT®, and Dr. Joe Dispenza. She lives in Bucks County, PA, with her two daughters and two cats, surrounded by nature.
