Phil Proctor is a founding member of the legendary Fire Sign Theater. He's been a voice actor appearing in movies (Monsters INC,  Toy Story, Inside Out) TV Shows (Rugrats as Phil and Lil's Dad, Howard), video games like Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Doom 3, and Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain, and he's even embedded into Apple's OS.
His new book, 'Where's My Fortune Cookie?' is out Sept 28th, 2017, and has received rave reviews from "Weird" Al Yankovic, Penn Jillette, and Leonard Maltin. Also on September 28th, 2017, the US Library of Congress is hosting the event, An Evening with the Firesign Theater... or Whats Left of It.
