Ante Bikic has worked as a production roaster in multiple countries around the world, is the 2020 Danish national coffee roasting champion, production roaster at high volume coffee roasting company Amokka Coffee Company in Denmark, and will be competing to become the world coffee roasting champion in Taiwan later this year (if it goes ahead). Ante is a member of one of our MAP IT FORWARD Coffee Roasters Mastermind Group.
