The United States of American currently saw a change in leadership that was for many around the world a beacon of hope, and for other a devastating blow. Both groups are heavily represented in the coffee industry but perhaps the greatest group represented was the group that voted for one candidate because blocking the other candidate from winning was more important than not voting at all. What happens when you're being lead by someone who you don't have complete faith in? Marginalized people across the country and the world are confused about how to feel with this current situation because they realize the hopefulness of the moment while also remembering that they've felt this before to no avail. In this episode of the podcast, we'll talk about having to "make do" with leadership that you don't quite have the confidence in to effect the change needed in a team/country/community.
