Konnichiwa! In this weeks episode we have a conversation, and take a walk down martial arts memory lane with Frank Bonanno Shihan of Dai Nan Wan- Ryu Ju-jitsu.

Bonanno Sensei begin his martial journey in 1975 in the martial art, known as Dai Nan Wan- Ryu Ju-jitsu  under O'Sensei Richard Lazarus since that time our guest has trained in the martial arts of Judo, Shoin Ryu Goshinho Jujitsu, Aikido, Bo-kendo, running fist kung fu. and  has firearms training. Notably Bonanno Sensei has Hosted numerous Judo tournaments as Director and referee, he instructed  for the Merrick PAL Judo program. And has Hosted Judo & Jujitsu Seminars. A Member of USJA, USA Judo, All Japan Seibukan Association & WWA.
