On this edition of The MMA H.E.A.T. Podcast With Karyn Bryant, Karyn and Pete Cummin discuss all the action that went down in Las Vegas during International Fight Week 2015. They start with the biggest event the UFC has ever held; UFC 189, which saw Conor McGregor defeat Chad Mendes for the Interim Featherweight title. In the co-headliner, Robbie Lawler retained his Welterweight title in an unforgettable battle with Rory MacDonald. They also discuss several other fights on the card before moving to the following night’s TUF 21 Finale. In that main event, Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson knocked out Jake “The Juggernaut” Ellenberger with a perfectly timed spinning head kick. Kamaru Usman won TUF 21 for The Blackzilians by defeating American Top Team’s Hayder Hassan, and that fight gets discussed along with other standouts from the night. Karyn also fills Pete in on some of the other interviews and highlights from a very full week of UFC action in Vegas.
