We begin with a conversation with Dr. Craig Jenne, Infectious Disease Specialist with the University of Calgary. We ask Dr. Jenne what, in his opinion, needs to be done in the Province to help “flatten the curve” as new COVID-19 cases continue to trend very high.

Next, it’s our monthly segment with Calgary Police Chief Mark Neufeld. We talk with the Chief about the CPS’ stance on “mandatory vaccines” among its members, and the role the CPS has in keeping the recent Hospital protests in the city ‘civil’.

It’s been a hot, smoky summer for us, and aside from the health risks and impact on our ‘summer plans,' what effect has the phenomenon had on the glacial icefields in our province? We get details from a Professor of Geography from the University of Calgary.

And finally, it’s back for another year! We speak with Kirsten Fleming from “Run Calgary” on what participants can expect from this year’s edition of “The Calgary Marathon," which takes place this weekend.
