For this episode Manuel Dolderer welcomed us at the Code University at the Factory - the go-to startup hub of Berlin.

Just on our way to the interview we already noticed that Code University is aware of the issues that we are facing.

On the blackboard we saw signs of Extinction Rebellion and students searching for like-minded action-takers for climate related projects.

But the main purpose of the Code University is to create software developers, designers and creators, equipped with the skills for the modern world.

In this interview Manuel introduced us to what they call curiosity-driven education based on project-based learning.

So instead of having one lecturer, i.e. an expert telling the students what they need to learn, students are being put into real projects where they learn the skills necessary in a self-exploratory way. A really radical way of learning a skill as you might think.

However, Code is so much more than that, and this is why you should listen to this interview with Manuel. :)
