SARPE Surgically Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion a technique to help with crowding and lack of palate tongue space. It's a combination of surgery to make cuts in the maxilla and expander with orthodontics to align the teeth. This is a great option for people who struggle to nose breathe, very narrow high palate, tongue has a hard time fitting in the palate.
