Sleep Scientist Dr. Daniel Gartenberg aka “Dr. Snooze”, is a PHD recipient in Applied Psychology spending the last 15 years on the frontier of sleep’s interplay with health, wellness and memory, Dr. Gartenberg is also the founder of SleepSpace App, a professor at Penn State University, his TED residency talk has nearly 5 million views! His work has been featured from Rueters to the New York Times and now, the Munch Bunch Podcast!

The SleepSpace app is an app that can make any bed into a smart bed! It is also the most accurate sleep tracker. It uses specific sound waves forms during the different levels of sleep to help you stay asleep, this would sound like a sound machine but it is more than just noise. There is also an option for light therapy, guided meditation, and breathing exercises. You can use it with just your smart phone, or integrate with your Oura ring, fitbit, apple watch, sleep number bed, Whoop, etc. There is a free 14 day trial.
