This one is geared towards the ladies, but also for anyone with a pelvic floor (which is literally everyone). Here to teach us all about it is Dr Hillary O'Connor aka The Wellness PT. She explains what a pelvic floor is, what pelvic floor dysfunction looks like, and symptoms to look for. This could be things like hip pain, low back pain, pelvic tucking or "pregnancy pose", butt clenching, painful or uncomfortable sex for women, shallow breathing, peeing accidents or bladder leakage, or prolapse.

Did you know shallow breathing with the chest changes not only the physiology of the breath but also the tension in our abdomen and pelvic floor? This is especially important to our friends and listeners of the Munch Bunch since you all generally have breathing dysfunction (mouth breathing, shallow breathing, chest breathing, snoring). Dr Hillary will also give us a little exercise to feel the diaphragm and pelvic floor relax doing a simple breathing exercise.
