In this episode I had the great opportunity to speak to Dr Colonya Calhoun DDS PhD. She is a board certified practicing Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon -OMFS- , the Director of the 4-year OMFS Residency Program at Harbor UCLA Medical Center, and Chief of the Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry. Dr Calhoun has a PhD and is does research in various ideas, the latest being using oral mucosal cells in eye surgery. Additionally, Dr Calhoun has a passion for mentoring, singing and strategic planning.
