Nick LoGalbo has been coaching high school basketball for the past 15 years and has recently started working with the USA Basketball Junior-National Team. He grew up in inner-city Chicago where he developed a love for basketball. At a certain point, LoGalbo knew he wouldn't be playing in the NBA but was confident in two things: his passion for the game and his passion for teaching and helping people. LoGalbo shares his story and talks about the importance of service in coaching. He talks about the qualities that make a good coach and the steps one might take if they find themselves interested in coaching. LoGalbo currently coaches and teaches at Lane Tech High School in Chicago, IL where he also serves as Head Athletic Director.
