Dr. Marcia Brandon has been lauded as a pioneer in the Caribbean on creating techniques and know how in helping young males and females amlnd women MSME entrepreneurs to start and grow businesses. She is the Founder and Managing Director of the Caribbean Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Livelihoods (COESL), based in Barbados, where she works regionally, in partnership with National approved preferred partners to build the entrepreneurship eco-system in the Caribbean. She has worked with and partnered with Organizations such as the Work Bank on their Caribbean Climate Innovation Centre (CCIC) and dedicated 15 years to grow the NGO, the Barbados Youth Business Trust. Dr. Brandon is the co-founder of the Caribbean Entrepreneurship Week (CEW) and also GEN Caribbean, which is also a member of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN).
