We have spent the last 20 plus years admiring Ron Shapiro from a distance, became fascinated by his philosophy when he negotiated Cal Ripken’s contract with the Baltimore Orioles and have always felt a level of satisfaction because Ron is truly a nice guy and has been negotiating and winning big for his clients for decades. USA Today called Ron "one of baseball's most respected agent-attorneys Ron is also, a speaker, educator and a family guy too."

Achieve your goal without destroying the other guy.
Instead of “I win- You lose”, Ron proposes a “win-win” style.
Good deals echo, they lead to more good deals.
It’s not the sale, it’s the relationship that counts.
You have a system of Prepare, probe, propose and Listen.
