Quoting you - “Let’s do less good work and start doing more great work” -- seem like a reasonable request. Who’s measuring?

You claim coaching should be done 10 minutes at a time -- does this mean most coaches are wrong

Over dependance on you as a leader (and I know we have lots of leaders in our audience Michael) it is a challenging problems leaders have but isn’t it really about helping people -- this leadership role?

As a coach I hear you talk about the best lead in to coaching is a question...your example is this -- “What’s on your mind?” Sounds so simple -- why is this effective?

Opening with What’s on your mind is key -- but so is the way you end a coaching session to wrap it up -- you ask “What was most valuable for you in this conversation?

Honestly, it seems like 10 minutes can get eaten up there. How do you find substance in the 8 minutes in between?

I think most people get stuck where they are because maybe they see what they think are their choices and they don’t like them. How do you find new choices though? Coaching?

Michael -- so key question here -- help our community with an action item -- how do we say NO to stuff?

How does one go about picking a coach?
