It's all about Change. As Dave Anderson changes direction with his Chertsey Town team to seek league focus ahead of their Wembley cup final, Dave and Tim Fuell speak with three clubs where change has been good.

First up Gary Johnson returns to the show. After taking charge at Torquay United in September he has led the club to the top of the table in the National League South. On Saturday they travel to second placed Woking knowing an away win would leave them 10 points clear.

Des Flanders faced imposed change as Chairman of Met Police FC last summer who were moved from the Isthmian League into the Southern League. Financial fears threaten their future and their long-term manager resigned as did many of the squad, but less than a year on the club is going from strength to strength and gunning for the play-offs. Currently third in the Southern League Premier South, they travel to second-placed Taunton Town this weekend.

Colwyn Bay have had a dramatic last month. New board members and a switch from the English Pyramid to the Welsh league system have all been mooted and agreed. Manager Craig Hogg has embraced the new project and been rewarded with a 5 year contract, he explains why he thinks it is the club will now be able to thrive.

Online Editor at The Non League Paper David Richardson discusses how a week is a long time at the top of the National League and the irony of Gateshead and Ebbsfleet United meeting in league action this week with both clubs' sets of fans unclear of what the future holds. Plus the Step 4 side resigning despite a mid-table finish in their first year up from Step 5 and the club parting ways with their manager with play-offs assured.
