She is an EMDR International Association-approved consultant and presents and consults internationally on the treatment of adult survivors of childhood abuse and neglect. Her latest book is "Every Memory Deserves Respect: The Proven Trauma Therapy with the Power to Heal", co-written with Michael Baldwin, himself a trauma survivor and advocate of the effectiveness of EMDR therapy.
