In this episode, we are joined by Ian Rosser.  Ian is currently a State-Wide Outreach Specialist for the Kentucky Special Parent Involvement Network or KYSPIN - which is a non-profit organization, with a mission to link families and individuals with disabilities to valuable resources that will enable them to live productive, fulfilling lives.   

Jonathan and Ian talk about Ian's story about growing up in the foster care system. And they discuss turning points in Ian's life as well as the people who made a difference in helping Ian develop the resilience he has today.
