In this weeks episode I interview the amazing Nova Sutton about her inspirational story of overcoming severe OCD stemming from her childhood. We cover a lot of different ground and I think you´re going to find it really interesting and helpful.

Nova Sutton is an OCD coach who uses a mixture of nutrition, psychotherapy, inner child work and Jungian practices to help her clients recover. You can find her over at ocdfreedomiseverything.com or on Instagram using the handle ocd.freedomiseverything.

In her early 20’s Nova was officially diagnosed with one of the most severe forms of OCD in the UK. She went through several therapists and found that nothing really helped with many not knowing much about OCD.

She spent the next five years studying everything she could about OCD and turning herself into a human guinea pig until she managed to recover using 8 core principles which she uses to help others recover too. Now she lives happily with her partner in the UK and enjoys art and making music.
