This is an audio version of our YouTube video. Probably one of the most interesting and fascinating talking points of the final day in Germany will be whether Robert Lewandowski can break Gurd Muller’s all-time Bundesliga goal scoring record of 40 goals in a season.

The Bavarians take on Augsburg at home and with the support of his teammates and it looks like the Pole could write himself into the history books.

Our second match on Sunday sees Dortmund take on Leverkusen. The Black and Yellow have confirmed Champions League football after a difficult season, but thankfully for them it's ending on a positive note.

In contrasting fortune, Eintracht Frankfurt’s hopes of qualifying for Europe's elite club competition have failed and they will have to settle for the Europa League next season. This weekend they host Freiburg.

Cologne know they need points in order to remain in the Bundesliga for another season.  they're currently 1 point away from Werder Bremen and 2 away from Armenia Bielefeld.  After just 2 home wins all season they take on Schalke (the worst team in the division) which is a stroke of luck on the final day.

Hertha Berlin can breathe easy again after narrowly avoiding relegation last week with a 0-0 draw with Cologne. They actually haven't suffered any defeats in their last 6 games. Their final match of the season will be a trip to the village of Hoffenheim.

Promoted last season, Stuttgart made easy work of their first half of the campaign and look certain for a top-half finish. Their opponents Armenia Bielefeld need points if they wish to avoid the relegation play-off (or worse).

RB Leipzig will say goodbye to manager Julien Nagelsmann at the end of the season as he joins Bayern Munich. It's a bittersweet end to the campaign with the young coach leaving the club without a title to his name. They’ll be taking on Union Berlin in the capital on Sunday.

The penultimate games we’re previewing on Matchday 34 is Werder Bremen against Gladbach. Werder face a very real risk of relegation after a dreadful campaign - in their last 9 games they've won once and lost the rest of them. It's going to be a nervy weekend!

Finally, the last match that we’ll be previewing in the Bundesliga this season is Wolfsburg against Mainz. Both sides can relax after achieving their goals this season: Champions League qualification and top-flight survival. Tick and tick.

Eduardo is in charge of proceedings again this week. He is once again joined by German football and betting expert Radek Vegas to work their way through every game in the Bundesliga.
