This is an audio version of our YouTube video. In this video we will be previewing the first match day or Copa America 2021.  there's been controversy and confusion over where these games will be played and even now with just three days to go until the first game of the tournament there are still question marks over where fixtures will take place.  but what we do know is who will be playing will start our Copa America 2021 betting preview with Brazil against Venezuela.

The Selecao are the undoubted No.1 favourites to lift the crown in a month's time.  This is due to a number of reasons, none less than the fact they’re able to play the majority of their games on home soil, but also the fact that their squad is the most balanced and elite of everyone in the competition, from front to back. Tite is able to call upon the likes of Manchester City's Ederson to Chelsea's Thiago Silva, then you've got the likes of Casemiro and Fabinho in midfield, before even considering the world class talents of Neymar, spearheading the attack alongside Roberto Firmino and Allison. They should batter Venezuela.

The second match that will be previewing for our Copa America 2021 betting preview is Colombia against Ecuador. Los Cafeneros are the fourth favourites to lift the cup, behind Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay all in front of them in the betting. They'll also be without star creator James Rodriguez for the entirety of the tournament after he was deemed surplus to requirements after an injury-hit campaign with Everton.  They’ll have to rely on the goals of Luis Muriel if they want to stun their opponents and make it into the latter stages of the tournament. They should still beat Ecuador.

Our third match of our Copa America 2021 betting preview is Argentina's clash with Chile. As always, La Abiceleste are littered with extreme talent at the attacking end of the field, with the likes of Lionel Messi, Paulo Dybala, Rodrigo de Paul and Lautaro Martinez across the front four, it’s an array of attacking talents that would frighten any defence in world football. Chile’s ageing squad just gets older and older with the likes of Arturo Vidal and Alexis Sanchez still expected to play a key role in their campaign despite being their mid 30s.

The final match that we’ll be previewing for a cockerel 2021 betting preview is Paraguay against Bolivia. There's really not too much to say on this one, they’re probably two of the three worst sides to be featuring in the competition, so we'll let our betting expert Leo Bachanian give you all the data you need to make your most insightful bet on this clash.

This week, Eduardo Siles is joined by football tipster and expert Leo Bachanian to preview all the games from Copa America 2021 Matchday 1. We’ve got betting tips for every Copa America match, plus all the latest team news, opinion and predictions.
