This is our Euro 2020 (2021) betting preview for Group C & Group D’s Matchday 1 fixtures. So here we are then. Who's ready for this? Who's ready for it to come home? Because - seriously - it might actually come home, and maybe we're not ready for it to come home just yet?  It's been a long time since England have been so highly tipped for success in an international tournament, but perhaps this breed of youngsters have something special about them and they can make a country’s dreams come true? Let's take a look.

The three lines begin their euro 2020 campaign against arguably their stiffest opponent in Group C. Gareth Southgate’s men are (obviously) taking on Croatia at Wembley. It's expected to be a gritty affair, but performances don’t really mean that much initially, it’s about getting points on the board in the earlier stages of the competition. 

The second game that we are previewing in our Euro 2020 betting preview from Oddspedia is Austria against North Macedonia. There are many supporters out there who aren't expecting a great deal from either of these sides, Austria are perennial qualifiers to European and international competitions however really venture further than the first knockout round. North Macedonia, meanwhile, don't have a squad littered with talent to really make their mark in the competition. Evidence of this is that Goran Pandev is their captain (and best player) and he's almost 40.

Finally,  the third game we’re previewing today in our Euro 2020 round-up is Netherlands vs Ukraine. The Oranje are managed by Frank De Boer, who in all truthfulness, hasn't picked up rave reviews from pundits nor players since hanging up his boots. He is in charge of a Netherlands side who are expected to experience some troubles this summer, particularly in the opening clash here with Ukraine. Andriy Shevchenko’s team have the ability to pull off a few upsets at the tournament, with the likes of Oleksandr Zinchenko and Ruslan Malinovskyi proving their worth throughout the most recent campaign.
