Just a single season in the Premier League can be hugely beneficial to football clubs due to the advertising and broadcasting revenue they receive.   Just as an example, Sheffield United were awarded around £169m for finishing bottom of the table, whilst French champions Lille got about a third of that for winning Ligue 1.  This season's championship play-off final will see Brentford take on Swansea City. This is Brentford’s tenth playoff campaign and they’ve not won a single promotion from the previous nine, the worst record of any club in English football. The Bees finished 3rd in the Championship for the second season running, and have the division’s top marksman, Ivan Toney amongst their ranks. The Swans were in the Premier League just three years ago and will look to return to the big time after beating Barnsley in the semi-final of the playoffs last week.  In this Play-Off Final special will also be looking at the 3rd and 4th tier of the English football league as Blackpool aim to return to the Championship after a number of years in League One. They're playing Lincoln City, who are synonymous with FA Cup upsets and giant killings.
