Goooooooolllllllaaaazoooooo! Yes. It’s time to talk Italian football. (Don’t tell us you’re too young to remember that, by the way?)

Here we go then... we start on Saturday afternoon as Genoa hosts Champions League-chasing Atalanta. The Bergamo side are 2nd in the league and also have a Coppa Italia final to look forward to. They've been in superb form in recent weeks and now have a 3 point gap to Juventus.

A win for either Spezia or Torino will mean survival for one more season at least! It's a huge game for both sides, with Spezia in 17th and Torino somehow scraping their way to 16th despite losing 7-0 to Milan last weekend. Blimey.

Antonio Conte's Inter Milan (the Scudetto winners) the undeniable treat of pushing Juventus into the Europe League for next season, if they were to beat the Turin side at the J Stadium. Juve won the Italian top-flight 8 seasons in a row but that run of success has come to an abrupt end in the worst way possible and they now face Thursday night football.

Hey, but there's also another derby going on this weekend, as Roma face Lazio in the Derby della Capitale. It's 7th against 6th, with neither side really in top form.  That doesn't really matter when it's a derby of this magnitude. The rivalry of this game is so extreme they could both be in Serie D and this would still mean the world.

Gennaro Gattuso’s Napoli are edging ever-closer towards the Champions League, particularly following their 5-1 win over Udinese. In their last nine league games, they've won eight, drawing the other. This weekend they travel to Florence to take on La Viola. But it looks like they may already have Champions League football in the bag.

Oh dear, Benevento, this really is a must win game if they are to survive in the Italian top-flight for another season. Following their 2-0 defeat to Atalanta last time outs, they've now suffered 4 defeats in a row at the worst possible time. This weekend they take on Crotone, already relegated, but they could drag Benevento down with them.

Udinese and Sampdoria are also playing this weekend, but that game literally means nothing.

Parma are already relegated and they will finish bottom of the League. Their opponents this weekend are Sassuolo, who could still qualify for the Europa Conference League - if they really want to be in that competition..?

Milan cannot falter against in-form Cagliari this weekend if they want to secure a top-four spot. Their opponents Cagliari drew 0-0 with Fiorentina this week and are unbeaten in their last five. They host Genoa on the final day.

Our final game on Match Day 37 in Italy is Verona against Bologna. Neither side can even buy a win in recent weeks, and despite them being a 10th and 11th respectively, this is not going to be a game that you want to watch.
