This is an audio version of our YouTube video. We’re climbing high for our CONMEBOL World Cup 2022 qualifiers betting preview. Higher. Keep going. Even higher. Yeah, we’re in La Paz, Bolivia. The location where visiting players require oxygen masks to avoid dizziness. Quite mad, right? It’s Bolivia against Venezuela, and the hosts have a great chance to pick up their first win of the campaign!

Uruguay’s World Cup qualifying campaign hasn’t been smooth sailing so far, no matter how settled the water is in Montevideo. This week they take on Paraguay without icon Edinson Cavani after he was shown a red card last time out against Brazil. Their opponents are yet to be defeated in their four games played, with Angel Romero topping the scoring charts.

The game of this Matchday is certainly Argentina’s clash with fellow heavyweights Chile. Leo Messi’s Argentina have looked pretty good so far in their Qualifiers, dropping points only against Paraguay. It’s been nice to see Lautaro Martinez getting some minutes for the Albiceleste and scoring goals. Argentina’s opponents, Chile, haven’t beaten them since 2008, but they will also meet each other in Game 1 of the Copa America.

Peru have been shocking so far, and are in serious dangers of not qualifying for the World Cup in Qatar if their form doesn’t drastically improve. They’re not perennial World Cup qualifiers, in truth, but they did reach the final of the 2019 Copa America, so bigger and better things were expected of them. This week they take on Colombia, who will be without talisman James Rodriguez and Radamel Falcao for this crunch game.

Finally, it’s time we take a look at Brazil against Ecuador. The Selecao top South America’s World Cup 2022 Qualification group, with four wins from their four games, conceding just two goals in the process, scoring 12 goals. Tite’s side are cruising to Qatar and could have qualification sewn up in the next couple of Matchdays, really. Their opponents Ecuador have impressed in recent games, winning three games on the bounce to move El Tri up to third place in the standings. This game might be a little out of their reach.
