Ahead of the visit of Blackburn Rovers there is plenty in store this week on the podcast.

Midfielder Ben Pearson talks honestly to the podcast about the club’s start to the season, with the final international break of 2018 now out the way.

The 23-year-old also talks about competition for places within the squad and the importance of patience for those looking to break into the first team on a regular basis.

With Blackburn Rovers heading to Deepdale this weekend, which will mark Pearson’s 100th game in a PNE shirt the former Manchester United man takes a quiz on his Lilywhites career so far.

Fellow midfielder Paul Gallagher also features discussing the importance of a derby day win whilst there is also a preview of Saturday’s meeting as well as information on the upcoming away trips for North End too.

Star Six also features, as usual.

This week former PNE goalkeeper and goalkeeping coach Alan Kelly shares his best memories of his time with the club, from his early days as a player through to his recent coaching experiences.

Added to his Star Six, talking through the best six players he played with and coached, having also turned out for Saturday’s opponents Blackburn he also looks ahead to the meeting at Deepdale.
