Let’s talk dogs. No, not those furry lumps of love that drool on (or sometimes eat) your shoes. We’re talking feet. Do you have problems with your feet? Do cycling shoes give you trouble? If so, you’ll want to listen in to Fatty’s pull, which is all about his trouble with cycling shoes and his inquiries about how to solve it.

Hottie says food is mood. He puts more effort into his pre-ride and pre-race breakfasts that his co-hosts put into dinner. Among other things, Hottie gives us his recipe for oatmeal. Grab a handkerchief because it’s like to make you salivate. He asks Fatty and Patrick if they ever get their pre-ride breakfast wrong.

Following a post by Amanda Batty earlier in the week concerning podium girls, the topic of women and equality in pay has surfaced. Patrick asks the question of how women riders ought to be compensated relative to men in race prize lists. There’s a fair chance that the boys resolve this question for anyone who cares. Or not.
