Federal Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has handed down a budget clearly aimed at getting us all spending.

The Government’s economic blueprint includes tax cuts, business investment allowances, an asset write-off and hiring incentives, and will rack up nearly a trillion dollars in net debt.

But the Opposition says it delivers insufficient bang for the money spent, with women and older workers left out.
