Katherine Hamilton is the Chair and cofounder of 38 North Solutions, a public policy firm focused on clean energy solutions. Hamilton is also a host of the podcast The Energy Gang, a weekly show about energy, green tech and the environment. Hamilton talks about the future of green technology, and current trends in environmental and energy legislation.

• Hamilton was born in Richmond, and raised in Lynchburg, VA.
• She studied English at Cornell University, and French Civilization at Paris-Sorbonne University.
• Hamilton worked as an engineer, then as a commercial energy auditor for Dominion Virginia Power.
• She then Served as President of GridWise Alliance, a non-profit business coalition.
• She is a former Policy Director for the Energy Storage Association.
• She cofounded 38 North Solutions in 2012.
