Sasha Bernard, MPH sits down and chat about her journey from doing her bachelors and starting her Trinidadian NGO (Bridges to the Heart) helping to address intergenerational gaps. The then goes on to talk about her thoughts of switching from Bachelors of Biology with a focus on going to medical school to then switching and choosing to pursue her Master of Public Health (MPH) at Loma Linda University. She shares her perspectives on the differences she realized between the Trinidadian public health climate and the US public health climate. She has big dreams for her career and I'm glad i can share this part of her journey so far.
