She got her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Melbourne. She went to The George Washington University as a semester exchange student and she went on to get her Master of Public Health at The University of Queensland. She has worked in Australia, the USA, and now works remotely from Japan.
