Don't sacrifice long-term growth for short-term gains (or losses).

On today's episode of the Queen of Pep Talks podcast, I'm sharing with you my journey to losing 100 pounds, for the first time.  Through extreme diet restriction and an excessive exercise routine, it took me just 9 months to lose over 100 pounds.  I truly believed that this would be a short-term sacrifice and after I reached my goal weight I would go back to living my 'normal life'.  Joke was on me.  Shortly after reaching the goal I set for myself, I fell back into all of my old habits and before I knew it, I was back up over 100 pounds.  I hope this episode encourages you to approach your healthy lifestyle differently than I did this time around.
