There were two things that changed Bob Proctor’s life.

The first happened when Ray Stanford gave him the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, a book Bob is STILL reading some 55 years later.

The second was when he picked up Earl Nightingale’s Strangest Secret recording. Bob couldn’t get enough of it. In fact, he was so obsessed with it, he developed the skill of balancing a battery-operated record player (remember records?) so he could listen to it while driving.

I imagine Bob listened to The Strangest Secret many thousands of time. To the point where Earl Nightingale’s words became a part of him. He internalized it. The constant repetition literally wrote a new program in his mind, eliminating the paradigm of lack and limitation that once ruled his life.

Earl Nightingale is also today’s featured speaker on our Flashback Friday episode of The Quote of The Day Show. Tune in and hear the very best definition for success you’ll ever hear.
