Following Sony, Libby went on to head communications divisions at media giants Universal and Turner Broadcasting. In her forties, Libby exited the corporate world and founded her first entrepreneurial venture, Libby Gill & Company, a leadership consulting and executive coaching firm based in Los Angeles. She guides leaders at organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 multi-nationals to deepen purpose and drive performance despite change, challenge, and chaos. As a human engineering expert, Libby helps clients reframe change as their biggest growth opportunity, re-energize their best performers to become the next wave of leaders, and re-invent their company culture by infusing it with a future-focused vision fueled by passion and grounded in pragmatism.A former Dallas Morning News columnist, Libby is the author of five books, including the best-selling Traveling Hopefully, award-winning You Unstuck, and Capture the Mindshare and the Market Share Will Follow. She is currently co-authoring a book with Rice University focused on developing leadership programs for young adults.
