Born and raised in Long Beach, CA. Corporate Tax accountant for Qualcomm and live with his beautiful wife (and partner in crime), Kelly, in San Diego, CA. They have always had a passion for real estate and began investing via house hacking in 2015, but started out of state investing at the end of 2018. Currently they have a portfolio of single family properties in Indianapolis and are partners in a Kansas City apartment deal.
