A way without all the volatility of the stock market. That’s when he came across passive investing through syndication. He was able to quit his job and live off his syndication income in 2007 and is now the President of Roll Investment Group. Jeremy shares his investment story, how he thinks about passive investing, how he picks his investments, and some no-brainer apartment deals he did. He also shares his view on today’s investment market and his investment strategy moving through COVID 19 and beyond.
