Nir Zidkyahu, also known as Nir Z is an Israeli American studio/live drummer that worked for nearly 20 years in New York City and now calls Nashville home. Nir has worked with Genesis, John Mayer, Billy Squier, Chris Cornell, Joss Stone, Jason Mraz, Blake Shelton, Dan+Shay and many others. Most notably Nir played on John Mayer’s debut “Room For Squares” and Jason Mraz’s debut “Waiting For My Rocket To Come”. Nir keeps very busy recording top hits in the studios on Music Row and in his own home studio.
