The Quinnipiac Athletics Podcast is back! Hosts Dan Bahl and Matt McAuliffe return for Episode 6. They kick things off with a recap of the week that was in QU Athletics, as well as a preview of games to come this weekend.
On this week's show, Dan sits down with Rand Pecknold, the head coach of the Quinnipiac men's ice hockey team. Dan and Rand discuss how the program has grown under Pecknold's leadership, and how important establishing a culture is to the program's success. They also discuss this year's team and what they do so well, look back to the Frozen Four teams of a few years back and more!
Dan and Matt also sit down with Chase Priskie, the captain of the men's hockey team. Chase recounts the story of how he came to Quinnipiac, as well as his memories from being drafted and attending development camp. Dan, Matt and Chase talk about this year's team, what Chase does as a captain, and answer your questions from Twitter!
