#41 Emily Kwok - a podcast by Thomas Rozdzynski and Gary Pond

from 2021-03-24T01:00

:: ::

Emily Kwok fell into Jiu Jitsu and even though she never excelled at organized sports growing up, she became a high-level competitor. But after several years of winning, and even as a world champion, she felt she was not worthy of being a student, an opponent, or even anyone’s time on the mat.

Listen as Emily talks about how she overcame a very negative training environment. How she pulled herself out of what she describes was a downward spiral, and how she found her way back to the top of her game both physically and mentally.

Here is R?L Radio with multi-time world champion, owner/operator, and instructor at Princeton BJJ, businesswoman, entrepreneur, artist, and mom, Emily Kwok.
