As most of the British team nervously wait to hear whether they've been selected for the World Championships, we chat to Alice Leake about her year 'off' before she refocuses on the sprint Championships next year. She takes us through the processes that led to a top 10 result last year, and how she keeps motivated after injury.

Will tells us all about running the World Championships selection races, whilst Katherine tentatively predicts who will make the team.
