It has happened many times, especially because I did not used to know how to deal with my emotions and thought I was unemotional. Winston talks about how he is not unemotional, but simply has a certain kind of relationship with his emotions. We cover a great amount of ground about what it means to have a relationship with your emotions, and is a great starting point if you are looking to explore yourself.
