Our process was fairly straightforward: After much conversation and deliberation, we came up with eight artists and contributors for consideration, and from that pool we elected four unanimous selections. All in all, we feel our inaugural class represents figures who literally changed the industry or art form in such a way that it was never the same afterwards.
