We induct the latest class of Hip-Hop legends into The Section 357 Show Hip-Hop Hall of Fame, and like the previous classes, we salute those artists and contributors who's talent and appeal continue to influence the culture to this day. The nominees included a few new names as well as some holdovers from previous ballots: Rick Rubin, Nas, Hype Williams, 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G., Outkast, LL Cool J, Salt-N-Pepa, and Will Smith.

While the selection process was definitely tame compared to last time, there was an unexpected curve ball thrown in the mix that led us to a historic moment for The Section 357 Show Hip-Hop Hall of Fame.
