Do you find writing Christmas using an X to be insultive, maybe even blasphemy? I did until just last week.
And what do you think of our nation's focus on the biggest shopping day of the year?
Listen in as I share two sources with you that challenged my beliefs on these topics. Find out why spelling Christmas as Xmas is more traditional and truer to the early church than our English spelling. And Benjamin Corey calls it laughable that after the day we celebrate and proclaim our thankfulness many turn their attention and focus on the biggest shopping day of the year. I am in agreement. His point is made not in a judgemental way but in an attitude for each one of us to consider our ways, looking inside our hearts. His 10 suggestions for consideration are great!
