Hi, thank you so much for having me. My name is Tamar Frieden. I am the founder of Music for Life CNY Seniors Samba. What is Seniors Samba? It’s an interactive music and movement program, incorporating instruments and prop, that invite movement, either upper body, lower body and mindfulness, to seniors at senior living homes and communities.
