She spent 3 years in home health care specializing in senior care in the community. Her home health care experience provided her with a strong understanding of the resources available to those who strive to remain at home. 

Morgan spent 3 years in the acute healthcare setting, learning a great deal about the challenges of our current healthcare system. During this time Morgan acted as a liaison between hospital and the patients, physicians, nurses, case managers, and administrators of the Denver Metro surrounding hospitals.
